2013 Seneca Lake

This chardonnay varietal is named after the Winery’s tasting room bar of recovered lake glass.  This wine is a light crisp white with the pleasant flavors of melon and pear.

VARIETIES:  100% Chardonnay grapes hand harvested

VINEYARDS:  100% Seneca Lake

AGING:  Stainless steel 8 months

ALCOHOL:  11.5% by volume  

RESIDUAL SUGAR:   0.2%
